What is needed to be eligible for a wholesale account?

In order to qualify for a wholesale account, you must do all of the following:

  1. Register with KARIENAMAY.com. By doing this you are acknowledging that you are a sole-proprietor, business, or agent working for a business that can legally resell products.
  2. We will also need a digital copy of the front and back of your government issued ID. This can be emailed to wholesale@karienamay.com
What is Kariena May’s wholesale discount?

The wholesale discount offered by Kariena May is a full 50% off of the MSRP. Beyond this discount, additional discounts may be given to individual customers based upon annual volume. If interested, let us know!

Can I get a sample prior to placing a wholesale order?

Customers can order any item at the regular price to receive a sample. Then, when placing their first qualifying wholesale order, the difference for the item purchased at full price will be credited to their account.

What payment options are available?

Kariena May accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept PayPal and bank wire transfers when requested. If you wish to request a wire transfer, email us directly at wholesale@karienamay.com. All other payment options are available on the normal checkout page.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) Paypal, and bank wire transfers upon request. If you wish to pay via a bank wire transfer, please send an email to wholesale@karienamay.com. Otherwise, select your payment option at check out.

How soon can I place a wholesale order after signing up?

Your wholesale account must be approved by a Kariena May representative before you can receive wholesale pricing. This process usually takes about 2 – 3 business days to complete after we’ve received all of the required documentation. Additionally, you will need to use your wholesale ID and login information to access your wholesale account.

Are there any minimum purchase requirements?

The minimum requirement for wholesale pricing is a purchase of $100 or more.

How are wholesale orders packaged?

All items purchased and shipped in wholesale orders will be packaged individually in their own black pouches or can be sent on black velvet cards in plastic..

What shipping options are available on wholesale orders?

Shipping rates vary from order to order and are visible with each order before checkout. Costs vary based upon how quickly you want to receive your order, the total weight of the shipment, and the region we will be shipping your order to.

Are there any extra shipping charges on wholesale orders?

Any order that the total shipping weight of exceeds 1 KG may be subjected to additional shipping and handling fees.

How long does it take for a wholesale order to ship?

As long as the items you ordered are not on back-order and there are no problems with the payment method you provide, orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after they are placed.

Are wholesale items eligible for refunds or returns?


If your order is damaged or incorrect, you have 7 days from when you received shipment to process an exchange. Exchanges must receive prior approval before shipping them back or they will not be accepted.

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY so that we can correct this. We appreciate your business as a wholesale customer and want to fix any mistake we make as quickly as possible. Contact our team at rma@karienamay.com AS SOON AS YOU KNOW your order is damaged or incorrect so we can get started fixing it. When you contact us, please include the following information to expedite your request:

  • Your Name
  • The Order Number (found in the confirmation email you received when you ordered)
  • The name or item code of any items that are damaged or incorrectly shipped.

No shipping fees associated with damaged, defective, or miss-shipped items will be reimbursed without prior written approval from Kariena May.

What is the RMA process for wholesale orders?
  1. You must obtain your RMA number within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. No return will be accepted if:
    1. It is received without an RMA number
    2. It is received after the RMA number assigned to it has expired. These RMA numbers are only authorized for 7 days after they are issued.
  3. To receive your RMA number:
    1. From our homepage click Your Orders and Returns to access the order information page.
    2. Next you’ll need to enter the 1) ORDER ID, 2) the email address used to place the order, and 3) the last name used on the order. You can find the ORDER ID in the confirmation email you received at the time you placed your order.
    3. On the order detail page, you’ll need to next click the “Request RMA” link. Please note: This is only available on items that are eligible for RMA.
    4. Then, simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your RMA number request.
  4. You’ll next receive a confirmation email that contains your RMA number and the address for you to ship the return to. Be sure to include a note with the package as to why you are returning the item as well as the RMA# itself on the outside of the box or package.
  5. Use a safe, secure, and well-known shipping service that offers the ability to track your package to send in your return. We recommend your postal service, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund on any RMA returned via a non-traceable manner.
  6. Upon receipt, it takes 5 – 7 days to inspect and process an RMA. When this is complete, you’ll receive an automated email notifying you of this. It may take up to two foll billing cycles for the return to appear in your account.
  7. Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (dirty, used or worn) will not be eligible to receive a refund on. Additionally, such items will not be returned either.
Is there an off-line or printed version of your wholesale catalog?

Due to the fact our product selection changes every week, producing and maintaining printed catalogues is ineffective. Instead, we focus on making sure the online catalog on our website is constantly updated each week so you can rely on it as your one-stop-shop for all things KarienaMay.

Can I display images for Karienamay.com on my own website?

Absolutely! Feel free to use any images from Karienamay.com to advertise the products you offer from us on your website! Please follow these guidelines:

  1. Ensure all images retain their original watermark that shows they are the property of Karienamay.com
  2. Do not alter the image or any written content you use in any way.
Can I display images for Karienamay.com on my own website?

Unfortunately, we are unable to permit our wholesale buyers from reselling our products on Ebay.com. Wholesale buyers must only offer Kariena May products on websites they own.
